Prices are very simple and inexpensive.

$10.00: Individual or Corporate Acknowledgement Documents (no limit on the number of signatures)

CERTIFIED NOTARY SIGNING AGENT FEES:

$100.00: For 1st and 2nd Documents at the same closing includes 1 copy for client

$50.00: For Refinances with or without EDOCS

$25.00: E-DOCS in PDF Format (1 set of legal sized / 2 copies)

$15.00: Copies (Up to 2 set of copies of each document)

NO CHARGE: Cancelation (Prior to 2 hours before closing)

$25.00: Cancelation (Within 2 hours of closing)

Travel Fees listed below:

$20.00: Emergency Service (Less than 4 hours before closing. Papers must be sent via E-Doc)

Special Offer :

Notary Services, we are always looking for long term and/or reoccurring work with companies. If you are a title company, mortgage company, bank or a real estate firm that can guarantee us just 4-5 signings per month we will charge $100.00. That includes e-docs and 2 sets of copies. Or we can negotiate an acceptable price for both parties depending on quantity.

OVERNIGHT SERVICES:

$20.00: FEDERAL EXPRESS standard over night services

WEDDING SERVICES:

$75.00: for basic wedding service (which include: Reading of vows: 1st sample on vows page, performing the ceremony at the location of your choice, and notarizing the Marriage License.)

$25.00: Additional fee if rehearsal is needed.

TRAVEL FEES:

For Saint Lucie County, please add $25.00, for Martin County $35.00 and for Indian River County $30.00.

AIRPORT NOTARIZATION: For AIRPORT fees are the same as described above, plus $10.00/hr. for parking.

AIRLINE EMERGENCY NOTARIZATION FOR CHILD CONSENT TRAVEL FORMS: $30.00: This form is required by all major airlines for children traveling alone if less than 18 years of age. This form must be done prior to boarding a plane, please give us a call a day before if you need to have this form completed. If you are at the airport and need the form notarized right there, the price is $80.00 plus parking. ($30.00 for the notarization of the child consent form & $50.00 for the emergency call.)

EMERGENCY NOTARIZATION: $50.00: for Emergency notarization. (Emergency time starts at 8:00pm until 7:00am 7 Days a week. All day on Holidays)

PROVIDING A WITNESS: $25.00: per witness.

APOSTILLE SERVICES: $100.00: This includes the notary fees, travel fees, state fees and shipping services. I can process additional Apostilles at a discounted rate of $50.00 per Apostille. All documents are insured and a tracking number will be provided for your security. Not all countries are allowed, so please confirm ahead of time if the Apostille will be accepted.

HOW IT WORKS: Once I receive payment, I will send the Apostille Cover Letter to you via Email, please fill it out and ship the cover letter and the documents to the address on the form, or schedule an appointment so we can meet in person. I will be begin the process of apostilling your documents. The average turn around time is 24 hours for your documents to be sent out to the State. Depending on the workload of the Secretary of State, it can take several days and possibly up to a week to have the Apostille completed. The Secretary of State would return the documents back to me. I would then overnight the apostilled documents back to you.

NOTE: I will provide you a copy of the tracking number to the state AND the return tracking number that will be enclosed with your documents, for your records.

THINGS TO KNOW:

The apostille is typically attached to a notarized document as proof of authentication when that document is being sent to a country which abides by the Hague Convention. The apostille certification is from the office of State Of Florida Secretary Of State after reviewing the documents signature and validating its legitimacy it is an official state government certification. It is 8 1/2"x 11" page certificate not simply a seal. The Apostille is permanently attached and you cannot remove the staples or separate it from the original document doing this is illegal and will void the document making it useless. All Apostille look the same for all countries you request an apostille for. However, a few countries have a different requirement other than an apostille and your document would receive a legalization certificate instead.
